Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. In cases of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via the email provided during checkout.

Special Presale & Launch Items
Please note that if your order includes a presale or special launch item, shipping may take longer than the standard 4-7 business days. Each product listing will include details on processing and estimated shipping timelines. Updates will be provided as shipping dates are confirmed, so be sure to check the product listing or our announcements for the latest information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the shipping address provided and are based on the receipt of cleared payment. Occasionally, delays may occur beyond our control.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Damages
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting the claim. Taking photos does help with claims.
